Registry Easy Review
Effectiveness
Registry Easy was able to quickly scan our system within seconds and found over 400 potential issues with our registry. Once repaired, we noticed significant performance improvements both during system startup and during normal usage.
One of the things we liked about Registry Easy was the control to manage additional potential problem areas on our PC such as cleaning up junk/duplicate files, optimizing memory usage, and managing startup programs.
Ease of Use
The interface for Registry Easy consists of buttons with containing a dropdown list (or an expanding section if you prefer). Although the lead buttons can easily initiate an action (such as a registry scan), we found that having the additional dropdown list may be somewhat initimidating for the novice user.
Although our testers liked the additional features apparent throughout the interface, it appears as though Registry Easy was not designed with the beginner in mind.
